The ASK T to CSDX T rotary screw compressors are versatile, reliable and economical in operation.
The attached refrigeration dryer modules turn these thrifty air compressors into complete air systems supplying compressed air of highest quality.
The air compressor and refrigeration dryer are installed in separate cabinets. This makes for increased reliability and eases maintenance considerably.

Ready for operation
The refrigeration dryer module is attached to the standard air compressor and piped and wired up ready to go. Its separate cabinet offers a lot of room to provide a generous layout of the dryer's components. Also, the independent housing of the two modules prevents the heat of compression affecting the dryer.

Every KAESER airend is equipped with rotors featuring the energy-saving SIGMA PROFILE. Manufactured according to strict quality standards and supported by precision-aligned roller bearings they guarantee long operational life and outstanding reliability.

More reliable centrifugal separation
A centrifugal separator with an electronically controlled ECO DRAIN is located upstream of the refrigeration dryer, ensuring reliable, efficient initial condensate separation and drainage even under conditions of high ambient temperatures and humidity.

Refrigeration dryer with ECO DRAIN
The refrigeration dryer is also fitted with an ECO DRAIN. It works on a level-controlled basis and, in contrast to solenoid valve control, it avoids air losses. This saves energy and contributes to operational reliability.

Space-saving modular construction
The refrigeration dryer module turns a standard rotary screw compressor into a compact compressed air supply system. All the components are easily accessible, simplifying and speeding up all maintenance work.

Reliability with SIGMA CONTROL
SIGMA CONTROL constantly monitors and supervises the compressor, dryer and condensate drain. Warning and alarm messages can be transferred to a central control system.
